We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and ship your return. We will offer you an easy, free return, free replacement, or full refund.
We want every purchase to be a positive experience, which is why we ask the following:
- Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s).
- If any item(s) in your order arrive damaged, please email us a picture of the damage to support@lighttous.com.
- We require proof of purchase to begin processing your return. Can’t find your order? Our support team can help.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with applicable tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lighttous.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Only ONE return label will be provided per product variant purchased. We highly recommend purchasing individual product samples prior to placing a bulk order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer, or caused by failing to properly pack and ship your return items.

Items NOT eligible for return:
- Final sale, open box, and clearance items
- Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way
- Orders totaling over R$1,000 on multiple quantities of the same item
- Products that are not in resalable condition or products missing the original packaging
- Items over 30 days from delivery
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
